The Fairy Garden

The Fairy Garden, located near the picturesque Lake Michigan, is a dream destination for weddings. Its enchanting setting, nestled in the heart of a lush forest and surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of nature, sets the stage for a truly magical ceremony. The elegant vintage white arbor, complete with electricity for music, and cozy white padded chairs, adds to the intimate atmosphere, making it the ideal spot to embark on a lifetime journey with your beloved best friend.

The Pergola

The Pergola, located on the North lawn, is a stunning and enduring structure that serves as the perfect setting to declare your unwavering devotion to your significant other. To reach this romantic spot, you'll cross the enchanting Bridge to Forever and follow a picturesque stone path. As you exchange your vows, your guests can comfortably recline in elegant white padded chairs, adding to the overall charm and beauty of the moment.

The Riverside Dining Room

The Riverside Dining Room offers a breathtaking event venue that boasts elegant lighting, charming vintage decor, and state-of-the-art amenities. Their dedicated staff will collaborate with you to design a customized floor plan for your special occasion, and we offer full table and chair arrangements for up to 200 attendees.

The Wedding Estate Tent

The Wedding Estate Tent boasts a prime location adjacent to the Riverside Dining Room, providing a flawless flow between indoor and outdoor areas. As guests indulge in delectable cuisine, sway to music, and mingle, they'll delight in picturesque vistas of the gardens and bridge. To further enhance the enchanting ambiance, a majestic chandelier, and twinkling string lights adorn the tent. Their attentive team will personalize the seating arrangement to your liking.

On-Site Suite

The Manor House is adorned with exquisite Victorian touches and intricate details, creating a picturesque setting for your family to relax before the ceremony. Featuring ornate woodwork, sparkling crystal chandeliers, and charming antique furnishings, this house is a photographer's paradise.

The Wedding Cottage

The Wedding Cottage is the ideal spot for you and your wedding party to get ready for your big day. Filled with elegant and romantic decor, vintage accents, and a massive full-length mirror, the venue is available from 8 a.m. for all your hair and makeup needs. Soothe your nerves, get dressed, and get ready to have the most amazing day of your life!

Photography Opportunities

The estate's grounds and gardens offer a stunning setting for capturing beautiful photos, and visitors can relish a peaceful stroll while savoring cocktails and engaging in lively discussions. Additionally, they offer a variety of lawn games, including Giant Jenga, Corn Hole, and Hula Hoops, for guests to enjoy.

Wedding Details

For Friday Events:

The rental fee for the Riverside Dining Room starts at $4,400.00. This fee includes access to the dining room, outside grounds and gardens, virtual floor planning, pre-event planning meeting, tables and chairs, chandeliers and string lights, various tables and furniture, lawn games, fire pit, decor items, staff and security on-site, and a one-hour engagement session on site. There is also a $600.00 ceremony fee, which includes access to the Wedding Cottage, a unity table, rehearsal time, and chairs for the ceremony. Additionally, for an extra fee, the 1847 Manor House can be accessed for pictures and getting ready, and Thursday can be added to a Friday rental for rehearsal and decorating. Interested parties can contact the venue for more information.

For Saturday Events:

The rental fee starts at 4,900. This includes 12-hour access to the Riverside Dining Room, access to outside grounds and gardens, virtual floor planning, a pre-event planning meeting, various tables and chairs, chandeliers and string lights, a variety of vintage and antique tables, lawn games, a fire pit, and staff and security on-site. The ceremony fee is $600 and includes access to the Wedding Cottage and various amenities. Additional fees apply for access to the 1847 Manor House and overnight accommodations. Interested parties can contact the venue for a tour.

For Sunday Events:

The rental fee for the Riverside Dining Room starts at $3400 and includes 10-hour access, virtual floor planning, dimmable chandeliers, vintage tables, cocktail tables, and more. The ceremony fee is $600 and includes access to the Wedding Cottage, a unity table, chairs, and a choice of outdoor ceremony location. Access to the 1847 Manor House is available for an additional $400. Sunday weddings are also an option.

Intimate + Elopement Events:

The Petite Wedding Package can accommodate up to 50 guests for a 5-hour period at a price of $5,500 on Fridays and $5,000 on Sundays-Wednesdays. The Elopement package is for smaller, more intimate weddings of up to 16 guests and costs $1,200-$1,800 depending on the day and number of guests. Both packages include a rental of the Manor House and outdoor ceremony sites, an officiant, bouquets or boutonnieres, music, and a wedding cake.

For 3 Day Wedding Weekend Events:

A 3-day all-inclusive wedding package at an estate with various amenities, including use of the Manor House for lodging, choice of ceremony locations, access to the entire estate, pre-wedding planning meetings, and various decor items. The package costs $16,400.
